1. What Is Your Return / Exchange Policy ?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If any items didn't work out or you would like to make an exchange please send the unused items back to us within 30 days for your money back. Please contact us if you need a return shipping label.
Refunds including Free Items on qualifying purchases -- All Free items will be charged as single items at full price if the total amount of the order is less than the qualifying amount. For example, if an order over $100 includes a free beanie or hat and the new order total no longer qualifies for the Free item (less than $100), the Free item will be added at full price ($36). For returns, please include all Free items.
Orders with Free Shipping on qualifying purchases -- If items from an order with the Free Shipping are returned and the order total no longer qualifies for Free Shipping, the shipping cost ($4.99) will be added to the order total and subtracted from the refunded balance.
All expedited and upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable -- For example, USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, etc.

3. How Do I Know My Size?
All measurements are taken of the apparel flat on a surface. Chest measurements are taken from placing the tape from armpit to armpit. Length measurements are top and center of the Neck Collar to the very bottom Hem. Sleeves are measured from the top and center of Neck Collar to the very end of the Cuff. The best way to know which size suits you is to measure your favorite fitting clothes at home and compare measurements. Most of the measures we offer are very similar to the same measurements you would expect from your other favorite stores or brands.
4. How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Most orders containing all In-Stock (Ready To Ship) items placed Monday through Friday before 2PM PST will ship the same business day. For orders including items that are not In-Stock (Ready To Ship) and are Pre-Order will ship within 2-5 Business Days.
Orders less than $100 will ship USPS First Class Mail. Orders $100 or more will ship USPS Priority Mail. All orders ship from the general Los Angeles vicinity. After placing an order you'll receive an Order Confirmation email and then a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
If you prefer to have us ship UPS please provide comments during your order checkout or send us an email. There is also USPS Priority Mail Express available at Check-Out.
5. Do you have Larger or Smaller Sizes Available?
Yes. Please Contact Us before purchasing to let us know which items you would like to Special Order. In most cases we can accommodate XXS, XS to 3X or 4X.
6. Can you print Custom Design Shirts for my organization, group, team or event?
Yes. We produce custom graphic shirts in-house for organizations, events, groups, teams and businesses. Contact Us for more information and pricing.
