Returns and Exchanges
At Runyon, we design gear to move with you — and we want it to fit just right.
If something’s not working out, returns and exchanges are simple. Just reply to your order confirmation email or reach out through our Contact Form with your order number and a note about what you’d like to return or exchange.
30-Day Free Exchanges
If the size, color, or fit isn’t quite right, we offer free exchanges for domestic orders within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange shipping is free for domestic orders.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

If you’re unsure what size to try next, we’re happy to help you dial in the right fit
- For International orders and exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
30-Day Paid Returns
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

A $5.00 return/restocking fee is deducted from your refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
We’re unable to accept returns with signs of wear, deodorant marks, odors, washing, stretching, or outdoor abrasion.
Returns on Upgraded Shipping - International, USPS Priority & Express Postage
Shipping fees for International Shipping, USPS Priority, USPS Express, or any other expedited service are non-refundable.
Returns on Items That Include a Free Gift
If your order included a free gift (such as a hat, bandana, water bottle, or beanie) and you keep the gift when returning the main item, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty & Repairs
We stand behind every piece we make. Runyon gear is built for miles on the trail, long days in the sun, and everything in between — and we want it to perform the way it should.
Limited Warranty (12 Months)
All Runyon products include a 12-month Limited Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
What’s Covered:

Premature seam or stitching failure

Broken zippers, snaps, or hardware under normal use

Early fabric defects

Pocket construction defects
What’s Not Covered (Normal Wear & Tear):
Outdoor gear naturally wears with time. The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
- Reflective features known to wear away over time

Abrasion, snags, or small tears from trail use or friction

Pilling, thinning fabric, or fading
-
Cracked, worn, or faded reflective prints or logos

Damage from improper washing or drying

Odors, stains, or discoloration
-
Overstretching or stress damage due to sizing issues
How Warranty Claims Work
To help us assess the issue, please Contact Form and include your order number providing information about the items needed to repair. We'll reply via email and request photos of the defect and send over a label at no additional cost.
Whenever possible, we’ll repair the item rather than replace it — because the best gear is the gear you keep in play. If a repair isn’t possible, we may offer a replacement in the same style & color or other althernatives at our discretion.
Repairs (Non-Warranty)
If your gear has damage from regular use, we offer affordable repairs to extend its life whenever possible.
