Returns and Exchanges
At Runyon, we design gear to move with you — and we want it to fit just right.
If something’s not working out, returns and exchanges are easy. Simply reply to your order confirmation email or reach out through our Contact Form. Please include your order number and a note about the return or exchange so our team can get you taken care of quickly.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
If your gear doesn’t fit quite right, it’s often just a matter of going one size up or down — most customers find their perfect fit that way. And if you’re unsure which size to try next, we’re happy to help you dial it in.
Warranty and Repairs
We stand behind every piece we make. Runyon gear is built to handle miles on the trail, days in the sun, and everything in between — but if a manufacturing defect or stitching issue ever shows up, we’ll make it right. Reach out with your order number and a few photos so we can assess and arrange a repair or replacement.
Some materials naturally show wear with time — things like reflective emblems and features, printed logos, and certain coatings will eventually fade or break down with regular use and washing. This is considered normal wear and tear, and part of how well-loved gear earns its character.
Whenever possible, we’ll repair rather than replace — because the best gear is the gear you keep in play.
