We stand behind every piece we make. Runyon gear is built to handle miles on the trail, days in the sun, and everything in between — but if a manufacturing defect or stitching issue ever shows up, we’ll make it right. Reach out with your order number and a few photos so we can assess and arrange a repair or replacement.

Some materials naturally show wear with time — things like reflective emblems, printed logos, and certain coatings will eventually fade or break down with regular use and washing. This is considered normal wear and tear, and part of how well-loved gear earns its character.

Whenever possible, we’ll repair rather than replace — because the best gear is the gear you keep in play.
