Designer Commentary

When I began conceptualizing the Warm-It-Up Pullover Hoodie Sweatshirt and Warm-It-Up Jogger Sweatpants, I thought about what I actually wanted from these everyday wardrobe staples. My goal was to create original pieces that felt timeless and comfortable while incorporating functional details that made them more useful for training, traveling, and everyday life.

For the joggers, outside side pockets were an important part of the design. Traditional inside pockets can feel awkward during workouts, and I've seen plenty of phones and other items slide out while sitting or exercising. Moving the storage to the outside made the pockets easier to access and more practical whether you're at the gym, traveling, lounging, or moving throughout the day.

The fabric was equally important. This version of the Warm-It-Up Jogger is made from substantial 14 oz 100% cotton French Terry using cotton grown in the United States. The textile is knitted in Los Angeles with a traditional loopback construction that provides the weight, texture, breathability, and natural feel I wanted from a classic pair of heavyweight sweatpants.

I also wanted to offer a sweatpant made entirely from cotton rather than relying on polyester-based performance fabrics. The result is a 100% natural fiber jogger with the comfortable, familiar feel of cotton combined with the functional outside-pocket design that defines the Warm-It-Up collection.

These 100% cotton joggers are not pre-shrunk and may shrink after washing, particularly when exposed to hot water or high dryer temperatures. To help maintain the original fit and dimensions, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low heat.
