For the Scoutster™, we set out to create a 5″ version of our fan-favorite All Sex 3″ Classic Running Short, known for its sleek design and backside phone zipper pocket. After countless requests for a lined 5″ short with a functional phone pocket, we spent the next couple of years developing the version we actually wanted to wear — one that didn’t exist anywhere else.

We were frustrated with the same outdated, non-functional side pockets that let your essentials slip out the moment you sit down — at the gym, in the car, wherever. We designed dual exterior side pockets that actually work. They’re deep and angled to keep your belongings secure while seated or moving — and even fit a 16oz water bottle. We like running with one pocket holding a half-filled bottle and the other for a shirt once it’s time to go shirtless or a windbreaker when that chilly morning finally warms up.
